What we collect when you request a cleaner

• Your cleaning request: ZIP code, type of cleaning, frequency, the size of the place (bedrooms and bathrooms for a home; the business name and office size for an office), start date and any notes.
• Your name, email address and phone number, and the best time to reach you.
• A record of the consent you gave to be contacted, including its exact wording and the time you agreed.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used for security and to stop spam.

Who receives it

Your request goes to the one independent cleaning business that serves your ZIP code on HomeClean Connect, so they can contact you about it. If no business serves your ZIP code yet, we keep your request and look for a local business to pass it to, and we'll email you when we do.

We don't sell your information and we don't pass your request to multiple businesses. We use service providers to run the site, such as database hosting and email delivery. They handle data only on our behalf.

How we use it

• To send your request to the business that serves your ZIP code and email you a copy.
• To follow up about your request and keep the service reliable and free of spam.
• To measure how well our advertising works, if you arrived from an ad. We report that a request was submitted, not what was in it. This uses Google's advertising tag, which sets cookies in your browser.

Your choices

• Tell the business that contacts you to stop, and they must stop.
• Ask us to delete your request or see what we hold about you by emailing support@vistaoppsnet.com.

Keeping it safe

Requests are stored in a database where each cleaning business can see only the inquiries sent to it. Access is encrypted in transit.
