What HomeClean Connect does

We're an introduction service. You tell us about your home and the cleaning you need, and we pass it to the one independent cleaning business that serves your ZIP code so they can contact you. We don't clean homes, set prices, employ cleaners or take payment for cleaning.

The cleaning businesses

Businesses on HomeClean Connect are independent companies. Any quote, booking or payment is between you and the business. They're responsible for their work, staff, insurance and pricing. We don't guarantee that a business will be available, will contact you within a particular time, or that their service will meet your expectations.

Every business confirms when it joins that it's licensed and registered in its state as the law requires and carries general liability insurance. We don't check licenses or insurance ourselves, so ask the business for proof before you book.

Damage and responsibility

HomeClean Connect only pairs you with a cleaning business in your area. We don't clean, and we don't employ, train or supervise the people who do. If anything is damaged, broken or lost while a business cleans your home or office, that business is responsible, not HomeClean Connect. Raise it with the business and, if needed, its insurer. When you send a request, you confirm that you understand this.

Your request

Give accurate information and only submit a request for a home you're arranging cleaning for. By submitting a request you agree to be contacted about it by the business that serves your ZIP code, as described on the form. You can ask them to stop at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false requests, use automated tools to submit requests, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HomeClean Connect isn't liable for the services provided by cleaning businesses or for any loss arising from your dealings with them.
